West Coast Event Productions is looking Drivers and Event Installers. Full-time and part-time positions available, including evening and weekend shifts available. We set up Corporate and Community events, as well as high-end weddings, and tenting of all sizes. We are looking for new team members who enjoy working on a team, and who bring experience and confidence with driving 24’ and 16’ box trucks (CDL not required), and a variety of Warehouse equipment and tools. Prior tenting or light construction experience is a big plus. Main job responsibilities include: Loading/Unloading, set-up, and protection of company rental equipment such as tables, chairs, dishes, tents, etc. Payrate starts at $18.00 (Higher rates available for tenting or driving experience). We also offer health, dental and vision. Overtime pay likely available during peak Summer season. Position Tasks & Activities: • Good Customer service is essential • Valid Driver's license and experience driving box trucks • Load and unload equipment. • Prep equipment, if necessary, prior to loading. • Deliver and set up event equipment, including being involved on small, medium and large tent set ups. • Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records. • If equipment is missing or broken upon pick up fill out the appropriate forms and get customer’s signature. • Work on variety of projects in the Warehouse on days not scheduled on a job. Majority of work will happen in the Field, and mainly in the Portland Metro area. Staff meets at Warehouse and is transported to job site in a company vehicle. Team members may be exposed to the general range of weather experienced in the area. Vacation time and benefits offered for full-time roles
