Mole Ace, a Portland, OR based mole trapping company is hiring for a full time/part time mole trapping positions within our company. This is a self-driven, solo working environment on a daily basis with the support of the rest of the field crew and office. We are a small team looking for employees to grow with our company. Previous professional driving experience preferred. No previous mole trapping experience required. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL: • Be 18+ • Have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean motor vehicle record. • Pass, a background check including motor vehicle record check and pass, a drug screen based on state laws. • Be willing to work in all weather conditions. • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Good analytical and problem solving skills. • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. • Must be reliable. • Great customer service skills (We are a small business and pride ourselves on outstanding service). Main responsibilities: • Current scheduled working days are Monday – Friday with a start time of 07-0800 (dependent on summer heat). 8 – 10-hour days depending on the season. • On-site mole trapping services for residential and commercial lots in the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area with a work vehicle and equipment provided by Mole Ace. • Working in field with provided tablets for our routing system and updating weekly service information. Compensation: $18.00 to start after training. Training is 3-4 weeks. $15.00 per hour during the initial field training period with an increase to $18.00 per hour after training. Raises are available on a schedule. Incentives offered in peak season. Benefits offered for full time employees after probationary period.
