(Direct Hire Only, no staffing agencies involved) BirchStone Management 23680 NE Glisan Street Gresham, OR 97030 Pay Rate: Training pay 2-4weeks: $19 After Training: Earn up to $900 per week through piece rate pay Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm Tuesday through Friday 5:00pm to 3:30am Pallet Repairer is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of repairing damaged wooden pallets, which are in need of various levels and types of repair, in a manner and process that meets the company standards for safety, security, and productivity while adhering to our customers' expectations. The Pallet Repairer is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all pallets repaired. Training will be provided for safety, proper pallet repair techniques, quality, and customer pallet criteria. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills: Comprehend basic math. Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner. Must be able to follow repair process. Carpentry or construction background is helpful, but not required.
