When you are a cop and you are dealing with a violent thug, like that mama's boy Floyd, you have to react with a split second. You can't wait and second guess. The thug already has a plan, to kill anyone who gets in his way. That includes YOU. So now you have decent cops second guessing even being on the force. So who do you get to handle the calls when you are in danger. You can call the park rangers, you can call ANTIFA or BLM, or you can call for Batman.
