Brand new! We adopted a kitty and bought this for him, he was not a good fit for the family so he is no longer with us and now we no longer need this. It was put together just a few days before kitty left and was barely used. He was spotted sitting inside the box a few times and once on the first platform. He did scratch the scratcher but very minimally, you can feel where he scratched but you cannot see it. Instructions and original tool that came in the box, 1 partial package of sticky anti scratch strips for the couch/love seat/favorite chair (purchased from Petco) and a few random toys that Ive found hiding around the house will be included. ASKING $90 I paid $125 less than two weeks ago Dimensions and detailed description are in the photos. Porch pick up - uhaul (not very heavy and super easy to take apart and put together for easy transport).
