NJ Registered contractor looking for someone with general handyman experience to assist with property management and other general carpentry/ labor work: painting, trim, drywall/ spackle patches, etc. Flexible hours, 2-3 days a week. The position is more about getting things done as needed as opposed to a set schedule, but can develop a solid schedule over time if desired. Could also lead to more hours/ days if desired.
