Strong II Dry Cleaners, LLC Position Plant Manager Assistant Start Date Monday, May 3, 2021 Compensation $10/hr first 48hrs; $11/hr after - 90 days; $13/hr after 90 days and meeting benchmarks; Annual review 5/04/2022 Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 7 am-1 pm *(subject to change) Reports To Plant Manager Direct Report NA Objective: To assist the plant manager in executing daily tasks related to producing quality dry cleaning & laundry service. Vibe & Character Traits: On-Time Works efficiently (no random smoke or phone breaks) Team player Eager to learn Respects other's belongings Attention to detail Takes pride in their work Daily Duties: Help separate clothes into piles preparing them for cleaning Pre-treat collar & cuffs of laundry shirts Process laundry shirts; follow instructions in regard to starch Press laundry shirts on double buck press; set aside CUSTOM/HAND FINISH shirts Touch up all laundry shirts that need it, according to company standards Press pants if needed Hang up dry cleaning items after they finish being cleaned; Make sure priority items are placed in order to be worked on first. Identify items that need to be spot treated Process wash and fold orders; including folding and packaging Clean dryer filters as needed throughout the day Sweep up plant floor and make sure working areas are clear of trash and spills Advanced Learning Opportunities Duties: Training will be conducted on-site COVID-19 precautions Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place All customers and employees must wear masks.
