We're hiring for full OR part time rockstars to work with our human AND dog customers. Our Customer Coaches are the first person our clients see when they visit K-9 Coach. This is a customer-centric role and your primary responsibility is to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and consultative sales of pet related products. Professionalism and an outgoing personality are critical for success. Our Dog Care Coaches are the first people our dog guests see when they visit K-9 Coach. This is a dog-centric role and your primary responsibility is to provide manage our camp enrichment and group play activities, performing ancillary services like private play times, pool plays, and rubdowns, feeding dogs, cleaning kennels, doing dishes and laundry. You are perfect for us if you: - Share our Values - Want to be part of an incredible team that works to support each other - Are a responsible, dependable team player - Are physically able - shifts require you to be on your feet most of the time. You will do some heavy lifting and will work outdoors in variable temperatures and conditions - Have the ability to listen and take instructions; while also working independently and using your own initiative once properly trained - Have your own reliable method of transportation - Are able to work a flexible schedule. Opening and closing shifts, as well as holidays and weekends, are expected - LOVE DOGS! Previous experience is not required but is taken into consideration. Compensation includes hourly wage, tip share and fringe benefits. Health insurance is available for full-time employees.
