In this Amazon-like position you will work with essential home products in the production and shipping preparation processes. The is no experience required and team members can even take advantage of employee discounts! Pay rates may be up to $17.35 per hour (depending on shift and attendance). We have on-the-job training with rotating shifts that allow team members to only work 15 days out of the month. Shifts are 12 hours working 3 to 4 days a week, including working every other weekend. Additional overtime may also be available!!! We are quickly following up with candidates and setting up orientation sessions. You may be scheduled to come in as quickly as next week! While there is no prior experience necessary for this role, we have had former manufacturing workers, production personnel, administrative staff, retail associates, restaurant servers, forklift operators, and many more successfully join the Marathon team.
