East valley swimming pool route in need of Technician. Experience welcomed but not needed as we will train for skill and hire for ATTITUDE. 50-80 Pools per week. Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon. Route is super tight with dialed in pools and great standing customers. Must have: - Valid driver license, smart phone to receive and send email/text/pictures. - Ability to start and finish the work on time daily and until the work is complete. - Communication skills. - Animal/Pet friendly. - Basic computer skills for sending and receiving emails and documents. - Ability to work outside during the heat of the summer and the chill of the winter. What we offer you (after 90 day probation): - Paid week off for the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. - Work truck with gas privileges - Excess of 80 pools if manageable. - Growth opportunities within the infrastructure of the company. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO TALKING/TEXTING ON THE PHONE, SPITTING, PISSING/POOPING ON THE PROPERTY, WHILE IN THE CUSTOMER'S BACKYARD. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THEFT, VANDALISM, OR ANY CRIME RESULTING FROM YOUR PERSON DURING EMPLOYMENT. I PROMISE TO PRESS CHARGES AND PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST! ***This is a Monday - Friday duty. The route is to be completed daily. Pictures and emails will be needed during the probationary 90 day period. You get paid per pool. Do your work - no complaints, no B/S, go home, repeat.
