Lansdale-area firm looking for PT person to handle maintenance/custodial duties and errands by vehicle. Approximately 15-20 hours a week. Flexible work schedule. Typical work week might include making coffee, picking up supplies at area stores, making deliveries to clients, emptying trash/recycling throughout building, cleaning bathrooms between outside cleaner's visits, cleaning kitchen area, washing windows, shoveling walks, ensuring building equipment is operating properly and working with our vendors to arrange repairs. Successful candidate must have a current driver's license, auto insurance coverage, and your own vehicle; pass a background check; must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout your work day.
