Description

Maintenance person for large active community on Hutchinson Island performing semi skilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance; Must have basic knowledge of how to perform repairs including drywall, carpentry, electric, plumbing, painting, locksmith and mechanical. Must have knowledge of electric hand tools and ability to operate them. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Weekend shifts mays sometimes be required, hiring for full time. Health and Dental benefits provided after 90 days. 7 PTO days per year, your birthday off, 6 paid holidays, 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. Great Position for the right person.
