Alpha Zeta Enterprises, located in Palm City, FL, Martin Counties premier landscape company since 1985 is in need of a responsible, self starter to be a Landscape Maintenance Manager that oversees a landscape maintenance team. Please note that this is a working position as a Maintenance Manager. You must be able to work outdoors in Florida's diverse weather conditions. The team under the foreman's direction will provide quality service that meets or exceed our customer's and management's expectations. The foreman is held accountable for ensuring these standards are met and will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, and the Operations Manager. All crew members will possess a friendly customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner. Landscape Maintenance Manager requirements: - Two years experience in landscape maintenance - One year experience in a leadership role - Valid, clean Florida drivers license - Must speak and understand English, bi-lingual a plus - Basic knowledge of southern plants, foliage, and species - Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping Benefits - Paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time - Medical - Monday thru Friday work week - Paid Birthday Please send resume and salary requirements.
