Now Hiring  – Our company is one of the best New Mexico has to offer and we are currently seeking individuals to join our team. We are looking for people who are detail oriented, can put in the extra hours when needed, willing to do whatever it takes to complete a project, able to travel, ethical, and organized, individuals who can meet the high demands of our clients.  BLU is one of New Mexico's highest paying cleaning companies, we are not custodians (we don’t scrub toilets or empty trash cans), we are Deep Cleaning Specialists. We deep clean Carpets, Tile and Upholstery for our Commercial Clients. We also clean Oriental Rugs, Residential Homes, Air Ducts, Disinfect and Deodorize as well as Window Cleaning.    Hours: Our hours of operation vary from day to day, However We try to keep the schedule limited from 8:30 – 5:00 M – F/ 10:00 – 1:00 Sat.  (we do have full time work in the evenings for commercial accounts)   Additional info: We are looking for people who are interested in learning all aspects of our industry. Individuals who can put in extra hours and finish each job thoroughly with supreme quality, no matter what it takes. Deep Cleaning is hard work, but it's a great job. You will go to a different job site every day, travel the entire state of New Mexico and parts of Arizona, meet new people, and learn all 4 corners of our city. The compensation is $12.50 during training, then increases substantially afterwards.   Experience: Prior Experience in our field is NOT Preferred, We want to train you (Our Way) so you can be successful in our industry.   Training: Basic training is 4-6 weeks. Additional training is provided for certification in specific areas of our trade. These certification courses will continue throughout the year to keep our teams up to date with new and better technologies. We believe continued education is essential to maintaining our status as one of the top companies in the state of New Mexico.
