Help Prepping Boat for Paint

I'm getting my boat ready for boating season and I'm looking for help preparing it for paint. For this gig you'll be helping me prep the surface of the hull by running a sander, helping to remove vinyl stripes and adhesive. I may also need help lifting the boat above the trailer in order to finish the bottom paint. You ahould be somewhat physically fit and will need to be able to stand and, sometimes bend or squat for long periods as well as work with a sander and scraper. I expect this job to take about three - 8 to 10 hour days, depending on the weather. Pay is $10 per hour to help me finish the job. You will be payed at the end of each day. Contact me for further details. I want to plan for Friday, Saturday and Sunday but it is weather dependant. This is daytime work, not afternoons/evenings.
