Cape Fear Precast is still hiring skilled laborers and production workers to be a part of our team. Position requires you to work individually and together to construct underground precast concrete components for subdivisions, businesses, schools, military and America's Infrastructure. Seeking only candidates that want to be a part of a growing company that manufacturers products vital to the construction industry. If you can not pass a drug test, do not apply. Candidate must be in good physical health. Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, and lift. Ability to safely use hand and machine tools in a production-based environment. Ability to take direction from supervisor to maintain a safe and productive environment and meet daily production goals. We value opportunity for growth and internal promotion.
