Your right all the news lately has come out on a Thursday, but who knows maybe it will be a Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, but certainly not on Sunday. And you always wonder if all of his tall friends knew exactly what he had done because he was so good at covering all the bases with his beautiful friend and making things appear much differently than they were and his threat and intimidation tactics were better than any other. And everyone he pulled in to support his agenda he would laugh and say "they have no idea who's running the show here". He could mess with peoples minds so much that you had no idea if you were coming or going. One of his direct reports said that during a business trip to one of the Kentucky sites he kept staring at her chest area and encouraged her to take her coat off because it was getting hot. Another of his co-workers said that they road together to a lunch meeting and on the ride back he brought her to his house and wanted to take her for a tour. Another of his direct reports said that one time when she went grocery shopping he "coincidently" showed up at the grocery store and gently persuaded her to join him for drinks until she finally gave in and went with him for drinks. He has sexually harassed, threatened, stalked and intimidated his main victim since 2004. He threatened her that she better not tell her husband anything about it who also worked at the company. He regularly made fun of her husband and asked her how it was to be married to someone shorter than her. He was very skilled in his techniques to leave no paper trail whatsoever. He would call her office and if she didn't answer the phone (because she had caller id) he would continue to call over and over and over again. If she didn't answer the phone then he would show up at her office unannounced. He would tell her that they needed to go to lunch and if she tried to put him off he would keep bothering her until she gave in. He never sent an email, an IM or meeting notice because that was tracible. He also warned her that one of his friends was in a very high level HR position to assure her that she would get no where with trying to report it. He told her that he loved to start "cat fights" pinning women against each other because he found pleasure in watching them play out. He bragged to her that he had gotten one stirred up so much that he had to step in and separate them because it had gone too far with two woman that had reported to him. A few of her co-workers asked why he kept coming around and showing up at her office on a regular basis when she didn't have any work related to him but she felt threatened and intimidated to not say anything.
