Seeking Detail-oriented crews. All around guys Must have tools and transportation. GL and WC or Wc Exempt. I have contracts in place for residential work and upcoming new construction I have 2 crews and need 3 more! Painting, drywall, cabinet installation /refinishing, tile showers bathroom and kitchens, ALL flooring. sink and toilet hookups. Fixtures...cosmetic stuff. Changing plates, doorknobs, hinges and fixtures. EASY work for someone with a hustle mindset. Performance draws for completed work. Weekly or bi weekly depending on scope completed. I need crews that takes pride in what they do and don't walk away from a job without it being 100% - PUNCH INCLUDED. Seeking crews that know the order of operations in the home they work in. Someone that has the sense to work smarter and not harder. I pay all materials on the job. If you have a crew or two, and you apply - you are personally responsible for their production and close I expect you to be on the job daily ensuring quality and timelines. If you are tired of being f*cked over by GCs and other people come work for me. I got your back... All I require is that you: 1. do good work. Consistently 2. Show up, and do the job as outlined 3. AND CAN CLOSE OUT A JOB in its totality. Must be able to READ and Follow a detailed line by line scope. Check the items off the scope as completed I handle the customers, you show up... work. It can be that simple.It is that simple labor pay for the last few cosmetic jobs : 8500.00, 6500.00, 7000.00, 4500
