Are you looking for a dependable contractor to provide you consistent paying jobs? Highland Painting is expanding and we are looking for experienced painting sub contractors that are reliable and capable of producing quality work. Crews need to have reliable transportation and well maintained equipment. The bulk of our work is in Dallas County, Collin County, Tarrant County & Rockwall Counties. If you have issues travelling to or around these areas please do not apply. We do painting only. We do not do any remodeling and we are not looking for General Contractors. WE ARE LOOKING FOR GUYS THAT DO THE WORK. IF YOU DONT WORK WITH YOUR CREW ON THE JOB, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Position Type: Painting Subcontractor. Description: -EXTERIOR residential painting sub contractors. -Get paid 2x per week based on completed jobs. -We are very busy 12 months out of the year. Expect 2-3 jobs a week. Requirements: -All necessary tools and equipment. -Have crew of 1-3 people. -Ability to meet weekly deadlines. -Comfortable with ladder work. -Professional attire and demeanor. -Strong communication skills with Clients. -Ability to utilize smartphones for communication and reporting. -Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary. -Only apply if you work on your crew with your guys.
