Local property management company seeking professional to join our maintenance team. We are looking for a qualified individual to help maintain and turn the residential properties that we oversee. This person will be responsible for duties such as, but not limited to, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, preventative maintenance, day porter work, and most other repairs/replacements. That being said, experience and knowledge is a must. We will also require you to have reliable transportation, as you will have to drive to the multiple properties. This is a full-time position with the occasional after-hours emergency. Pay will be based on experience.
