Topline Equestrian Center is looking for a reliable, hard-working and up-beat groom to join our busy dressage barn in scenic Topanga Canyon. Applicant needs to be able to work 2 days/week, mornings through early afternoons. They must have experience in grooming and handling horses and be competent enough to work without supervision. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are a must. Duties include grooming, tacking, cleaning tack, bathing, turn-outs, lunging, handling for vet/shoer/dentist etc., and general barn upkeep for our FEI dressage trainer. Some riding is possible depending on level of experience. This can be a very fast paced position but is one that will give you the chance to work in a well-run but friendly, ‘no-drama’ environment.
