Please only apply if you meet the following requirements. • Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License • Experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, post-tensioning a plus • Pre-Employment Screening, E-Verify, EOE • High School Diploma/GED • Minimum physical requirements: Ability to lift up, push/pull, lift/carry 50+ pounds • Ability to be on your feet most of the day • Perform work safely, in accordance with OSHA regulations • OSHA 10, OSHA 30 Certifications preferred • Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment • Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding, professional customer service • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly • Proficient in basic math and mathematical problem solving • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Must possess excellent communication skills – both verbal and written • Ability to evaluate and problem solve to ensure customer’s expectations are met. (both internal & external customers) • Excellent team builder and team player • Manual dexterity and the ability to properly use hand and power tools • Ability to multitask in a complex environment Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
