My wife and I have what will be a rental home we own in Belleville KS. For the life of me I cant find honest help to get this project done. I have had flake after flake and its gone on 3 months. I need either a Serious EXPERIENCED CONTRACTOR or preferrably a company with a crew of guys. What needs to get done is: Kitchen Reno New Drywall and some of the cabinets there but the whole rest of the project is waiting to get done I need flooring throughout 1400 sq feet some new plywood subflooring in some areas Ext Paint finished. Safety Railings And there are some other things as well. The home can be slept in while working there. All utilities on. I am placing ads in the Lincoln area in hopes I can find a well-experienced contractor with time between other projects.
