Looking for a well rounded and motivated self starter that can perform or who wants to learn many different home improvement, repair and maintenance services. Daily task will vary from outdoor work such as landscaping, light tree work, hardscaping, power washing as well as indoor work such as drywall installation, tile work, painting, etc as well as other odd jobs. You will also learn about heating and air conditioning installation, repairs and replacements as I am a NJ Licensed Master HVACR contractor. You will also exposed to electrical and plumbing work. This is a great opportunity for a high school or college student who is looking to learn all different types of necessary skills involved with the home improvement and maintenance trades, however all applicants will be considered. Daily task will vary greatly so the successful candidate must be ok with different types of work. Must be able to perform manual labor work including lifting materials and equipment. Hours are flexible somewhat but definitely need someone who can work Saturdays and Sundays. Some Weeknight evenings can be schedule if individual wants to make more money. Transportation can possibly provide for the right applicant if you are in the Hopatcong / Stanhope area All necessary tools, equipment and safety gear will be supplied for you $12 to $20 Pay based on overall experience Succesful applicatants will be subject to a background check and drug test. Looking to fill the postion immediately.
