Secaucus Artist seeking a room in which I can paint — within Secaucus. Small/medium space. Need to be able to access the space approximately 5X a week. (Also willing to share a space with one other similar artist.) • Room must have electricity • HVAC would be a plus, not imperative • Room needs to be lockable, safe and private • No constant interruptions • Room should be able to fit 1-2 folding tables and a few boxes of supplies • Restroom/water source nearby helpful, but not imperative • Window helpful • Non-smoking atmosphere • Food allowed I use no flammable materials. Just Water-soluble art supplies. I paint on paper, canvas, and wood substrates. I am a neat & clean, respectful non-smoker. My budget is LOW... $25-40/month.
