Large apartment community on Wausau's west side seeks hard working, independent person to assist our Maintenance crew with various tasks. 1st shift POSITION consisting of aprox. 35-40 hrs/wk (Mon -Fri.) Duties such as tear out of carpet for units needing carpet replacement, grounds care, assisting with snow removal, and miscellaneous outdoor projects within the community. Some maintenance repair knowledge would be helpful, as your assistance may be needed to perform work orders in occupied units or in vacant units to prepare for new move-ins. We are a professional, yet fun group to work with. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to grow in the Multi-Family Residential Maintenance field and various aspect of the industry.
