Help changing outlets & sanding

Description

1) Looking for someone to change outlets fast. Taking out old outlet and putting in new, straightening it and adding new plates. Must have drill/tools and can do 1 outlet in under 5 minutes per outlet. We have about 30 that need changed. Job pays $75. 2) Looking for someone to sand 15 steps. Need to remove varnish and paint. Must have experience and tools. Job pay will to be determined Please email if interested.
