Skills Required: • 2-5 years of verifiable work history as lawn maintenance supervisor or promotion within • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk for long periods of time • Dependable transportation to and from work or direct report site • Valid Florida driver’s license Job Description: • Directly manage day to day operations of lawn care crews • Overall production, safety, quality control, completion of assigned/self-written work orders • Control and maintain workflow, quality customer contact while on property, developing work orders and communicate with irrigation and pest control manager • Identify staffing needs, hire new crew members, and prepare daily crew schedules • Perform hands on assistance with crews in their work duties which will include trimming, spraying, pruning, and overall crew direction • Training of crew supervisors regarding safety training, and developing crew members • Initiate weekly client communication, property walks enhancement sales opportunities • Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet client standards • Manage all landscape services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work • Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to prepare specific action plan for service • Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries • Request purchase orders and use in accordance with company guidelines Perks: • Competitive salary • Paid time off • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Business Casual attire
