We are seeking to hire a Full Time, General Maintenance employee who is capable of performing various maintenance duties throughout our 55+ manufactured housing community.
The community includes manufactured home sites, administrative offices, plus various amenities including clubhouse, a fitness center, swimming pools, etc.
This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and is flexible with scheduled hours.
Candidates must pass background and drug screenings to be eligible for this position.
