Looking for an experienced CPO certified ( preferred ) pool tech for a residential route. Approx 10 to 13 pools per day. Most are easy pools, a few difficult ones but nothing an experienced tech can’t handle. For now you have your own truck & equipment, we cover Chems. This is a great position for someone retired wanting to work OR someone who wants to work for a family owned growing company with a lot of room to grow. Chemical knowledge and equipment knowledge is a huge must. Familiar with typical pool issues / equipment issues. Must be a self starter. This position will go UP in pay. We are growing and the sooner we get someone with their head glued on for a leadership role the more money you make. Must have a clean background & driving history. Zero felonies. We do not micro manage. We just want the job done right. No clients calling and complaining means you’re doing great and can make more money. We have fun. We have lives. We just need the right team. Long term preferred. Personality a must. MIGHT consider someone wanting to get into the industry or return to it - you’d have to work with another employee however until you’re ready to be cut lose.
