W.D Gardner LLC Local roadside maintenance company hiring for Zero Turn! -If applying, please send your phone number along with your resume -or- listed experience. Zero turn operators perform mowing, weed eating, litter pickup, and equipment maintenance. Our company normally works 5 - 8 to 10 hour days (7:00 AM to 3 - 4 PM, Monday through Friday). Overtime is permitted for those who are dependable and perform well. We only do the big and rough stuff ( Highways) no lawns, hedges, or weed pulling. Annual wage increases, and some paid time off after 1 year. If you demonstrate the ability to be dependable, excel and take care of equipment you can be trained as a tractor/batwing operator. Promotions and/or pay increases are also available to those who demonstrate leadership skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour (Pending experience) Schedule: 8 -10 hour shift Monday to Friday (Optional Saturday’s) Overtime Education: High school or equivalent (preferred but not required) Experience: Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Florida Driver's License (Not Required to work but required for top starting pay) Work Location: i95 Duval County
