Looking for a skilled handyman, carpenter or contractor to help with rehabbing houses I purchase to flip. Will be working under a foreman’s direction to start. Pay will be per hour or job; not looking for someone to come in and rehab a whole house with their own crew. Currently have work in Boerne and in San Antonio. Willing to train someone if their work ethic is good but prefer that you have some experience in carpentry / remodel. Things like Sheetrock work, tile, texture, painting, light electrical, etc. Pay will depend on experience. Can also use help on the weekends with landscaping. Reliability and trust is a must and looking to build a good working relationship with someone. Do not want someone who has a history of working a few days then not showing up.
