Come learn and laugh with Kristyn Henslee the cheese maker at Yellow House Cheese. This is meant to be a fun, educational event and is not a technical cheese making class. All skills, levels and interests are invited. Feta cheese will be made in this class. You will go home with a fresh cheese that you can age yourself, plus an already finished cheese.
