We are looking for an efficient Finish Handyman at Perennial Construction. This person can handle minor Handyman work and complete multiple units in a work day 8-4:30PM. We are looking for people able to meet their deadlines. Finisher Position - Requirements: 1. 1 year Handyman Experience 2. Smartphone 3. 'Get It Done' Attitude Responsibilities: 1. Finish Apartments to the Property Standards -Adjusting Closet Doors, Sink Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Paint Touch Ups, Cleaning 2. Finishing Multiple Units per Day 3.
