Major Educational Institution in Downtown Brooklyn has Immediate Opening for Qualified Handyman / Porter • Long-Term Temporary position • Permanent Potential for Outstanding Candidate • $20 / Hour • Day shifts • 5 Days a Week • Monday-Friday Job Duties: • Perform general maintenance duties • Clean, strip, wax and buffer floors • Keep buildings neat, clutter free and clean • Stock bathrooms and replace toilet handles • Hang light fixtures and change light bulbs • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and use industrial cleaning equipment Requirements: • Previous Porter experience • High School diploma or equivalency • Knowledge of cleaning equipment
