Band Looking for Monthly Rehearsal Space

We are a 4 piece band looking to find an open slot in a monthly rehearsal space. We're looking for a weekly slot on any day from Monday-Thursday after 6pm. We are willing to pay a bit extra if we can also get an additional time slot on weekends. Ideally we want to be along any of these train lines L/G/JMZ. We are willing to bring our own amps if needed as well as some other gear. If already stocked up with shared gear that's fine too.
