We are a busy general contractor working nationwide in the multi-family renovation industry. We currently have opportunities available for experienced painters to manage a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for completing work in a timely and quality manner. Qualifications -Previous experience in the field -Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment -Ability to handle physical workload and adhere to safety guidelines -Deadline and detail-oriented -Must be meticulous, clean, organized and professional -Experienced prep and finishers/glazers -Must know how to properly spackle, sand, caulk, prime - Capable to spray paint -Experience with Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams and epoxy paints -Must have own tools (spackle knives, brushes, poles). Company will provide certain equipment/tools and paint per project. -Drivers license required and bilingual a plus
