Infrastructure Repair Technologies, Inc., a Woburn based restoration/remodeling firm is seeking motivated individuals to fill our open Carpenter and Carpenters Assistant positions. The ideal candidate for the Carpenter position will have 3-5 years of experience. Current projects include working in various apartment buildings in Massachusetts (north Of Boston) on framing, kitchen and bathroom remodels and window and door replacements. Under the direction of the Construction Supervisor and/or the Junior Crew Leader, the Carpenter safely completes assigned work as a member of the construction crew and as an individual contributor while delivering the highest quality workmanship. The ideal candidate for the Carpenters Assistant position will have prior experience performing work independently in one or more of the following areas: Painting Drywall / Sheetrock Cleaning Maintenance Apartment Unit Turnovers They will assist the Carpenters with the following job functions: • Wood and metal stud framing • Kitchen demolition and remodels • Bathroom demolition and remodels • Installation of ceramic and VCT tile • Drywall and joint compound work • Installation of interior and exterior molding These positions require someone who has experience with the safe usage of ladders and scaffolding and have reliable transportation for travel to work sites north of Boston.
