APT Management Group, Inc. is a Woburn based Property Management company that is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to be part of the team responsible for the upkeep and repair of our property in Beverly, MA. The ideal candidate will have prior building maintenance experience, a positive attitude, the ability to work independently and will be available for on-call work during nights and weekends. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment background check is required as a condition of employment.
