Spend the afternoon visiting more than 300 animals at CT's only zoo! Spend the afternoon visiting more than 300 animals at CT's only zoo. Learn about the many endangered and threatened species, which includes the Amur (Siberian) tiger, Andean condor, Ocelot, Red wolf, Maned wolf, and Golden lion tamarin. You'll also be able to visit the South American rainforest with free-flight aviary and walk through the prairie dog exhibit with "pop-up" viewing areas. On Saturday, May 15th you have your choice of two different time slots: 9 AM - 12:30 PM12:30 PM - 4 PMStudents attending this event will need to pick up a Beardsley Zoo wristband (which doubles as your physical ticket) at the Senior Experience table at the Commencement Fair on Thursday, May 13th. Visit here for a listing of questions regarding the Zoo's reopening in the days of COVID-19. Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from this event.
