We are a family owned & and operated AC company located in West Palm Beach, FL. We are currently looking for a Final Trim crew for several immediate openings. ONLY those with prior HVAC experience and a minimum of 2-3 years of field experience need apply and only those in the Palm Beach County area will be considered. Must know how to install gull units, air handlers and condensers. Duties include but are not limited to : * Candidates must be responsive & productive in a team environment. * Have good Communication skills. * Have a working knowledge of commercial & residential HVAC systems. * Daily coordination and cooperation with management REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to: * Minimum of 5 years of field experience * Excellent Customer Service Skills a MUST * MUST HAVE a valid driver's license with a clean record * All applicants must have a strong work ethic * Fluent in English, Bilingual a plus but not required * EPA Certified a plus * Must be able to lift 55 lbs plus when required. * Self organized and understanding priorities is a must * Must have tools * Drug free environment: Drug Test performed prior to hiring and random thereafter.
