Quality Painter’s of All Levels Needed Now! compensation: $15 -$25 per hour depending on experience. Paid weekly employment type: full-time We are currently looking for reputable journeyman painters who are strong candidates to possibly lead crews. Must have at least 5 years’ experience and be detail orientated. Lead painters are expected to have reliable transportation, whites, and their own hand tools. Company will provide shirts and whites if needed. Excellent environment and weekly pay. Possible bonus structures on certain projects. Serious candidates please apply now. • $15 - $25 per hour (depending on experience) • Full time work (8 – 4:30) • Weekly pay (possible bonuses) • Will train apprentice candidates. • Will provide apprentice painter “starter packs” (whites, masker and brushes) Job Duties and Responsibilities • Smooth and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and removing old paint. • Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty, plaster, or other filler. • Erect scaffolding or set up ladder to perform tasks above ground level. • Maintain inventory of tools and assist with inventory control of materials and equipment. • Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. Safety Responsibilities • Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition. • Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc. Do you fit the Bill? • Prior painting experience preferred • Working knowledge of painting equipment • Ability to follow directions as given by Painting Supervisor • Other essential capabilities include commitment to meet deadlines, integrity, and work ethic • Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy Company's website: 3Rpainting.com
