Engine transmission rebuilding project

Hello my name is David I am looking for help kind of a brother / mentor for rebuilding a transmission and an engine. I'm a 46 year-old man fairly intelligent clean cut professional have a lot of my own tools. I am a self-employed landscaper I am on a mission to become mechanically independent. I am looking to schedule time with a seasoned Pro who really knows what they're doing can help me avoid throwing money at the wrong problems it could lead to a long-term job. Or long-term business relationship. The goal is to increase my confidence to supplement with the amount of time I have with online learning with real life training. Avoid dangerous mistakes. Mostly interested in four by fours I am open to receiving help and many different ways an employee working with an organization. I would be more than willing to plow the lot for a church if I could be paired with a excellent mentor. I have a really nice mower if you're a seasoned Pro I would gladly MO a huge property for you in return for your time. What is a fair pay for this I don't know I am open to unique and creative ideas as long as they are legal and everything is done above board. My truck is a 1997 GMC K 3500 what's a 400 L 80 e transmission that has already been removed partially disassembled as well as a backup transmission partially disassembled NEX the transfer case as well as a massive amount of Parts have been ordered I have build large indoor workstations my own tear down tables engine stands I think almost everything one would need I am open to having an expert telephone Consultants you wouldn't have to leave your home or other ideas I want to become the man who can switch out an engine or transmission like it is no big deal I do have a job and can't pay for your time want to swing by on your way home for an hour $100 cash for an expert but must truly be an expert. Would you like to work 10 or 20 hours a week obviously I would pay less per hour. I dream of team and the finding that perfect suitable helper or just working with the right people I think most people know how wonderful a job can be if you working with people who are like-minded we all have different gifts and talents and I am not yet a season the mechanic but I'm pretty darn good at mowing grass anything from a small lawn to a very large overgrown acre or two I would love to find someone to help with Mowing and Landscaping but that's a secondary I am a small company with tremendous tremendous potential and would love phase in right person our group of people into my team I do have a fairly clean well or organized garage and don't mind providing food and pay I might dedicate some time on Sunday to this yes I think I will set aside Sundays 2 30 to 6 And.
