Eat, Run, Learn: A regularly-scheduled event where we celebrate running, eating, and learning about how our bodies work.
Ever wanted to do a bike/run combo workout, but maybe unsure about signing up for an actual race? Practice with us this month!
The May 2021 event is free to attend, but capacity is limited to 50 people due to covid restrictions. Be sure to reserve a spot by getting ticket via EventBrite. You should reserve a spot even if you only want to attend to eat and hear the presentation.
We're teaming up with the Austin Duathletes & the Austin Triathlon Club. They will be leading the run and will have routes available onsite before the start. If you don't want to do the bike/run at 8:00m, there's a 3-mile run option available, as usual, starting at 8:30AM.
Schedule:
8:00AM — 10 mile bike, followed by a 2 mile run.
8:30AM — 3-mile group run starts
9:00AM — Breakfast tacos & coffee available back at RunLab!
9:15/9:30AM(ish) — Presentation starts. Own T2 - optimize your transition from bike to run.
