COVID-19 Moderna Vaccine - FIRST SHOT ONLY We’re excited to announce our Spokane downtown WTB COVID-19 Vaccine clinic, offered by local business Sixth Avenue Pharmacy. We are offering first dose Moderna vaccinations for employees and their immediate family members. Everyone that signs up for a first dose Moderna vaccine appointment at WTB will be guaranteed a second dose appointment on May 21. Start here: o Select your appointment time. We will not be able to accept any walk-ins, so be sure to register! If your appointment is scheduled during your usual work hours, be sure to coordinate with your manager. Day of your appointment: o Be sure you’re healthy. If you have any symptoms or have been exposed to COVID within the last 14 days, contact Sarah McKenna at 509.824.2308 to cancel your appointment. Check for COVID symptoms: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html o Do not show up early! In order to observe safe infection control procedures, please do not enter the building until just prior to your appointment time. o Park in the WTB garage (entrance on 1st Avenue), in a nearby lot, or on the street. Parking is free in the WTB garage – no need to take a ticket. o Come alone! Only people with appointments should enter the building. At your appointment time: o Wait in your vehicle or outside the building until just before your appointment time. o Wear your mask/face covering. Forgot yours? Give us a call at 509.824.2308 and we can meet you at the door with an extra. o Enter the building through the elevators to the lobby, through the Sprague Avenue entrance, or through the 1st Avenue entrance. o Follow the signs in the lobby to the clinic location. o Observe social distancing within the building. After your appointment: o Remain in the clinic area for 15 minutes after your vaccination for observation. Stay seated during this time. o Exit out the Wall Street doors to return to your vehicle. o Do not remain in or re-enter the building unless you are already working onsite.
