Have two openings laborer and carpenter

Lost two good workers My carpenter retired because of health reasons and my laborer has joined the military service to stay out of trouble. My company is a multi faceted company and we do a lot of different jobs.I have two divisions site work and carpentry. Looking for a mature and willing to learn Laborer and Carpenter that I do not need to hold his hand and willing to tackle any job with aggresion. If you answer either position I ask that you tell me your experience(Resume would be great) where you have worked before,Can I call your past reference. I also ask that you have transportation and a lisence to drive (NO DROP OFFS) Phones are used during lunch not while working.
