It is listed by Rushmore Realty. A leader of the farm-to-table movement in the Hudson Valley, Kelly also owns X2O Xaviars on the Hudson in Yonkers. The Blauvelt resident participates in many regional community activities, such as the Chef Peter X. Kelly Teaching Kitchen at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital. Kelly filed for bankruptcy in 2019, seeking financial reorganization while keeping his restaurants open. His biggest creditors are the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
