Brim Rentals is their rapidly growing rental department (located in Lynden, WA) that strives to provide superior customer service with the best equipment available within the industry. We aim to serve Whatcom County with the most efficient and friendly rental experience, and are willing to do whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations Must be able to: - Maintain rental equipment through light service and repairs, turn equipment around in preparation for future deliveries. - Deliver equipment to customers with professionalism and the ability to display proficient knowledge of equipment operation and safety. Duties and responsibilities: o Preform maintenance checks on rental equipment before and after rental; including checking oil and fluid levels in addition to the completion of minor repairs and routine greasing. o Basic knowledge of equipment with strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. o Ability to deliver a superior customer experience with accuracy and efficiency. o Inspect equipment for damage, check fuel level, and hour usage upon return; record information for records. o Ensure rental equipment meets safety standards and is in good working order. o Clean all equipment and maintain a clean work area. o Load and unload rental equipment, and prepare equipment for next rental within reasonable timeframe. Job requirements: o High school diploma or equivalent o Minimum 18 years old o Valid driver’s license with clean driving record o Effective communication, multi-tasking and strong teamwork skills o Diligent attention to safety and detail o Superior customer service skills o Ability to lift 50 pounds Wage Depends on Experience (Competitive Wages) Start Date: As Soon as Possible Flexible Hours Candidates selected for hire must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen and background check
