We are doing that by building off our best-in-class surgical ultrasonic technology to change patient outcomes in Spine, Neuro, and Wound Care.DescriptionMisonix is a rapidly growing medical device company with a proven track record of successfully developing world-class unique product offerings specializing in surgical devices and wound care healing solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing both demo and customer returned equipment to factory specifications.Records accurate repair data for each repair completed.Maintains up-to-date company operational procedures and work instructions. Work Environment Repair Lab Physical Demands Must be able to transport equipment weighing up to 50lbs Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, hourly position. Some evenings & weekends may be required Travel Occasional travel may be required. Must be able to travel by air and car, and work weekends as required Required Education Education: High school diploma, Associate Degree, or vocational diploma/certificate in electronics repair or comparable technical experience. Job Requirements Experience: At least two years of customer service-related experience along with strong electronics troubleshooting and repair background with soldering skills a plus.Must have very good computer skills.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, strong English language skills required.
