We are a professional, high quality, locally owned business. We are growing at a rapid pace and need qualified and professional painters to join our team. Our company has been in business over 20 years and we pride ourselves in keeping our paint teams working full-time/40 hour weeks so you have the income to provide for your family. We are seeking an experienced painter who has 3+ years experience in paint application and managing a paint crew of 2+ members. This is a long-term, permanent career position for someone with proven painting and project management experience in the field. Uses and/or develops applicable skills and operates a variety of equipment such as boom lifts, paint sprayers, and power washers. Must be highly driven to manage an effective, production-oriented, quality focused job site. Must be professional at all times and follows company guidelines such as showing up to the job on-time, working a full 8 hours with breaks and lunches scheduled, and committed to assessing the job at hand including preparing materials and equipment for yourself and the team, and a proven ability to resolve issues that can arise within the job.
